From the beginning of the pandemic Covid-19 to this day we continue to follow guidelines set by the National Agency for Public Health, the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health. We take extra precautions to keep our customers, staff, and those who work with us healthy and safe.

Customer procedures before arriving at our laboratory

• All customers be informed orally prior to their appointment that if they had symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath) or COVID-19 exposure history, do not come for their appointment in the last 15 days and another appointment will be rescheduled if the necessary time has elapsed.
• All customers must wear a face mask. If they do not have a face mask, we offer a mask to fit in our Place
• Customers are informed that they have to come to the appointment themselves, unless a caregiver or parent is needed to accompany the child
• The safe distance kept in the waiting room
• The customers may be waiting in the area outside the laboratory
• All customers are measured
• Customers who enter our space, are informed to wash their hands and use hand sanitizers which are immediately available in all our spaces.
• All treatment areas are cleaned and disinfected after each visit.
• All places get an even deeper process of cleaning and disinfection, daily, after the end of the day.

Staff training procedures

• All workers and administrative staff are vaccinated.
• The beautician and all the rest of the staff change the masks very regularly and where necessary.
• All the Placeare cleaned and disinfected at each appointment. Also all administrators wear a mask at all times
• All staff wash their hands very often and keep a safe distance where possible.
• All staff thermometed daily before the start of the laboratory.
